How do I steer?

Tap the side of the screen you want to go toward. Hold both sides to cruise straight and fast. Tap the strip along the bottom to back-paddle. You can switch to Classic steering (paddle like a real tube) in Settings.

Can I replay the tutorial?

Yes: Settings › Paddle School.

How do I unlock the next river?

Finish the river before it in the World Tour. Score higher for more stars.

What are bottle caps for?

You earn caps in every race. Spend them on new tubes in the Tube shop. Every tube is a trade-off, so the best tube is the one that suits you.

How do I race a friend's ghost?

Your friend taps Share My Ghost after a race and sends you the file. Open it on your iPhone and River Rats adds it. Then pick it with the Ghost button on the title screen.

Does the game need the internet?

No. River Rats plays fully offline and has no ads.

Will my progress carry over to a new iPhone?

Progress is saved on your device and comes along when you restore your new iPhone from a backup of the old one.
